Part One · Terms

Terms of purchase and website use

These Terms apply to squarelycreative.net, digital products sold directly by Squarely Creative LLC and related resources or support. By purchasing, downloading or using a product, you agree to these Terms and the Template License below.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate purchase, billing and delivery information and to keep access links and account details secure.

2. Digital products

Templates, guides, workbooks, checklists and tutorials are digital products. No physical item is shipped. Product scope, platform compatibility, included pages and delivery method are described on the relevant product page. You are responsible for reviewing those details before purchase.

3. Separate platform and third-party costs

Unless expressly stated, the purchase price does not include Squarespace subscriptions, domains, business email, scheduling, premium fonts, stock photography, plugins, a Squarekicker plan or other third-party services. Third-party products are governed by their own terms, pricing and privacy practices.

4. Payment, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You authorize the checkout provider to charge the selected payment method. Exchange rates, bank charges and applicable taxes may affect the final amount and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout collects them.

5. Delivery and access

Delivery timing and instructions appear on the product page or order email. You must use an email address you can access. If delivery does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders, then contact hajaressaki@squarelycreative.net with the order email and proof of purchase. Do not share private download, invitation or installation links.

6. Marketplace purchases

Squarekicker templates linked from this website are purchased through the Squarekicker marketplace. Marketplace checkout, installation, payment handling and platform-level support may also be governed by Squarekicker's current terms and policies. Where a marketplace rule conflicts with these direct-store Terms for a marketplace transaction, the marketplace rule controls that transaction.

7. Support

Support covers the product and period described on the product page. Normal response time is approximately 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Support does not include custom design, copywriting, brand strategy, third-party code repair, platform billing, full website builds or guaranteed SEO results unless purchased separately.

8. No guarantees

Templates are professional starting points, not guarantees of revenue, bookings, conversion rates, search rankings or uninterrupted compatibility with future third-party platform changes. Examples and demos illustrate possible presentation only.

9. Intellectual property and site content

Squarely Creative owns or licenses the website design, original product designs, copy, graphics, guides and other materials, excluding third-party trademarks and assets. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit this website or its content except as allowed by the License.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, collect other users' data, or use products for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Squarely Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, platform outages or third-party changes. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid to Squarely Creative for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the buyer's country or state.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future purchases. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Part Two · Refunds

Digital product refund policy

Digital access, template delivery or installation rights are provided shortly after purchase and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

All digital-product sales are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Changing your mind or deciding not to use the product.
  • Purchasing the wrong template, platform version or editing experience after requirements were disclosed.
  • Lack of Squarespace, Squarekicker, design or technical skills.
  • Not having enough time, content, photography or brand assets to customize.
  • Third-party subscription, domain, font, stock image or plugin costs.
  • Differences caused by replacing demo images, copy or fonts.
  • Discounts or promotions introduced after purchase.
  • Search, sales or conversion results that differ from expectations.
  • Third-party platform updates, outages or discontinued features outside Squarely Creative's control.

Limited exceptions

Contact us promptly if you were charged twice for the same order or if a verified delivery failure attributable to Squarely Creative prevents access and cannot be corrected after reasonable troubleshooting. Any refund required by non-waivable law will be honored. A request is not approved until confirmed in writing.

Before opening a payment dispute

Email hajaressaki@squarelycreative.net with your order email, product name, purchase date and a clear description of the issue. This gives us an opportunity to locate the order and correct a delivery or access problem.

Part Three · License

Single website template license

When you purchase a Squarely Creative template directly, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use that template for one live website for one business or one client project. Ownership of the underlying template is not transferred.

One template purchase = one licensed final website.

You may

Customize it for the licensed website.

  • Change colors, fonts, images, copy, pages, sections and layout.
  • Use the finished website commercially for the licensed business.
  • Hire a designer or contractor to customize it for the licensed business.
  • Use the template for one client if purchasing on behalf of that client.

You may not

Reuse or redistribute the template.

  • Use one purchase for multiple websites, businesses or client projects.
  • Share, gift, sell, sublicense, copy or distribute template access.
  • Resell the template or a substantially similar derivative.
  • Use it to build a competing template product or library.
  • Redistribute code, guides, workbooks, tutorials or design assets.
  • Claim ownership of the original template design.

Additional sites and client work

Purchase a new license for every additional website or client project. Changing the domain for the same business during a redesign does not by itself require a new license, provided the template is not kept live on multiple sites.

Third-party assets

Demo photography, fonts, graphics, integrations and platform features may belong to third parties. You are responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses for assets used on your final website.

Squarekicker marketplace licenses

A Squarekicker marketplace product may include marketplace-specific license conditions. Review the terms shown at marketplace checkout. Those conditions apply in addition to creator terms that do not conflict with them.

Termination

The license ends automatically if you materially breach it. You must then stop using and distributing the product and remove unauthorized copies. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, liability and prohibited redistribution survive termination.

Policy clarification

Not sure which rule applies to you?

The sections above contain the full terms. These answers are here to help you find the right place when your situation does not fit neatly into a heading.

Ask Before Purchasing
I am buying a Squarekicker template. Which terms should I check?
Start with the marketplace information shown at Squarekicker checkout and then review the Marketplace Purchases and Squarekicker Marketplace License parts on this page. Marketplace-specific conditions can apply to that transaction.
I am unsure whether a template is compatible with what I need. What should I do before buying?
Review the product page first for platform requirements, included pages and the editing experience. If something that would affect your purchase is still unclear, contact Squarely Creative before checkout through the Contact page.
My question is technical rather than about the policy. Where should I go?
Purchase and license questions belong here. Technical questions about accessing or using a purchased product should go through Customer Support so the issue can be handled with the right purchase details.
What if consumer law in my country gives me additional rights?
The Terms are intended to operate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. The governing-law section above explains the relationship between the Terms and non-waivable local rights.
Where should I send a privacy request?
Email hajaressaki@squarelycreative.net with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Privacy requests are handled separately from normal product-support questions.

Before checkout

Still unsure what a term means for your purchase?

Ask before checkout. If something about the purchase terms, licensing or policy details is unclear, we would rather help you understand it before you make a decision.
