- All templates are final sale

- Clients must configure their own Stripe/PayPal accounts

## 2. Intellectual Property

- You own the customized version of our templates

- We retain rights to the original design structure

## 3. Liability

- We're not responsible for client-side technical issues

- Maximum liability = template purchase price

## 4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

## 5. Changes

Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
